U.S Visa employees enrolled in a Visa-sponsored medical plan (Cigna) are eligible to use the center. This includes employees enrolled in a Visa-sponsored health plan who are visiting our Bay Area offices.

U.S. Visa employees on a Visa-sponsored health plan who live within 10 miles of a Crossover Health location or work at the Foster City or Mission Rock Campus can access Crossover Health Centers across the Bay Area.

Yes, Crossover provides employees with a Lyft promo code to transport employees to and from their Crossover Bay Area Health Center visits. Lyft trips must either arrive at or depart from a Crossover Health Center and must be associated with a completed appointment. Trips not meeting these requirements will be billed back to the employee.

Promo code is good for $20 ride/each way. Payment form will be charged only if the ride exceeds $20.

Due to the nature of our secure campus, dependents are not eligible to use the Health Center at this time.

Dependents are also not eligible to use the Crossover Health Centers across the Bay Area.

The Health Center is able to verify medical coverage as part of the account activation process.

Going through the process of creating an account allows you to access the full online capabilities of the Health Center. You will be able to schedule an appointment, message your provider, and view test results. More importantly, establishing an account is the first step in creating a trusted relationship with the Health Center provider who can then be available to provide assistance 24/7 for serious health issues.

No. A fundamental term of use and central tenet of your privacy rights are that your employer will never have access to your personal health information. Your consent for treatment is between you and your provider who belongs to an independent medical group.

In Person: Appointments are strongly encouraged; walk-ins may be accommodated, however, priority will be given to those with scheduled appointments.

Visa Health Center: The hours of operation are Monday–Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. A Health Center doctor is also on-call after hours should you need them for any urgent medical situations.

Crossover Bay Area Health Centers: The hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm.

A physician from the Health Center is on call for the Health Center 24/7. Our providers are available to help triage your phone call and direct care as appropriate based on your emergency.

No. The Health Center is a benefit offered to employees and as such, no one is required to use it. Even if you have a Primary Care physician, you may still want to be connected to the Health Center for times when you can’t readily access your Primary Care provider or if you’d like to see a provider for another service like Physical Therapy.

If you need care outside the Wellness Center, our Care Team will help coordinate. We can help recommend specialists as well as assist with scheduling an appointment. We also work with you to ensure that all the information from outside care is collected back into your medical record so it is complete.

The Health Center won’t function like a pharmacy and therefore you cannot fill prescriptions, but our providers will have access to over the counter medications, as well as take home medications on site that can serve any immediate needs.

The health information saved in our electronic health record (EHR) is accessible through several export standards utilized throughout the health industry. The EHR used by Crossover Health takes advantage of the Continuity of Care Record (CCR) format. This is accessible upon request and within your online account.
